Privacy Policy For GDPR

This privacy policy tells you how HINOMARU LIMOUSINE CORPORATION, of 1-1-8 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 112-0004, Japan (“we” or “us”) will process your personal information when you use our websites and services (collectively “Services”).

(4) Device information Information about device or browser that you use to access Services, such as IP address, OS name and version, browser name and version, device ID and Advertising ID registered on your device.
(5) Communication Information Information about your enquiry and other communication through our customer service.
(6) Marketing information Your marketing preferences, including your interaction with our advertising and your participation in any offers or promotions.
(7) Survey Information Response to the surveys voluntarily answered by you.

    (1) We will raise awareness of information management among our employees and continue to educate them.
    (2) All personal information shall be managed as data, with access control and restriction, network management, introduction of anti-virus software and automatic updates to ensure the latest status, setting of passwords for e-mail personal information, and encrypted SSL communication.
    (3) When we outsource personal information, we are held accountable for the supervision. Selection of the consignee will be made by the consignee who is capable of appropriate information management, including the status of security control measures, and by the consignment content contract as per the law.

4. With whom do we share Collected Data?
    (1) Your agency We share Collected Data with your agency such as travel agency or hotel when you use Services through them. Please note that your agency will ask your consent for such data sharing before you begin using Services.
    (2) We share Collected Data with service providers such as hosting providers (Amazon Web Services), analytics service providers (Google Analytics).
