Limo Tokyo is operated by Hinomaru Limousine, a nationally recognised transportation company in Japan established in 1952. For almost 70 years Hinomaru Limousine has been providing chauffeur, taxi and sightseeing bus services within the Tokyo area. With over 900 vehicles in its fleet, Hinomaru Limousine is one of the largest companies in the industry. Hinomaru’s continued dedication to achieving the highest-level of hospitality and service standards has established itself as one of the leading providers of private transportation in Tokyo.
Since our establishment in the 1950’s, Hinomaru Limousine Corporation has been steadily growing its private transportation services in Japan. We have been operating both taxi and chauffeur services for many years and pride ourselves on our service levels. Today we have over 500 employees in our organisation and over 900 vehicles in our fleet. We are also appointed by the Japanese Government to provide our services to foreign government officials and VIPs. This level of responsibility is a testament to our passion for what we do and it is our passion that drives us to provide a 5-star service every time. The Hinomaru Motor Group was established in 1950 and began as a simple taxi business. The Hinomaru Group will reach its 70th anniversary in 2022.
The establishment of the hire service was an important and indispensable effort for the development of the business. Since the service was aimed at corporate executives and the affluent, it was necessary to build a high level of trust and distinguish ourselves as a high-quality service.
By opening an in-house driving school, we became able to nurture and develop our crews' driving and customer service skills. Having a central location for learning and sharing experiences contributed to the growth and overall success of our business.
Japan was rapidly becoming more international and the number of tourists started to increase. With this in mind, the sightseeing bus service began. The bus is similar to many open-top buses that you see in other countries including the United Kingdom. The Sky Bus as we call it now became increasingly popular for large groups of tourists that wanted to explore the city's most iconic locations in a short amount of time.
Limo Tokyo operations have been operating for a while now, but it wasn't until 2020 that we decided to revamp our website. We hope that you enjoy your experience here and let us know if you think there is anything we could improve on.
